A Zofeus account can only be created by individuals who are at least 18 years old. Adolescents are not allowed to set up their own account, but they can ask their parents or legal guardian to create an account that they are allowed to use under parental supervision. The account has to be kept under the name of the legal guardian, including all personal information, all associated payment and payout methods. Parent or legal guardian is solely responsible for monitoring the use of his or her user account by the minor.

Unfortunately, we can`t refund or undo unwanted purchases on Zofeus. The only option for you is to put the item up for sale again.

It is not able to accept payments with other payment methods. Payments on Zofeus can only be completed with the payment methods shown to you during checkout.

Items purchased on Zofeus can be withdrawn only to your own personal Steam account.

If you get a message that your account is restricted, then there can be several reasons for this. Please contact us, to remove the restriction. Our specialists will manually check your account and if it is possible, the restriction will be removed.
